Initial response within 48 business hours from 8:30-3:30 M-F EST. No support for weekends or holidays. Primary communications by email. Requests for business process reviews or training will be scheduled.
Support services will be provided until paid services have been exhausted. We will advise you if additional support hour(s) need to be procured to bring the ticket to full resolution.
